Hey travel hero,
I've been building something better than scattered Facebook groups and random DMs.
A place where we can actually talk about the REAL side of booking travel.
The stuff nobody teaches you:
→ What to do when a client wants to cancel
→ How to handle a hurricane rerouting 15 guests
→ What to say when someone texts you at 2am because they were robbed the day of their flight
Let me tell you about that last one.
Hurricane Melissa. Jamaica. 15 guests. Trip canceled.
I spent 16 hours on the phone over 2-3 days.
Transferred all 15 guests to a five-star resort in Tulum.
Same dates.
Everyone got refunded $100-$500 for the difference.
Not a single person missed their vacation.
Then, the morning of departure, 2am text:
"JaQuay, I was robbed. My luggage and passport are gone. My flight is today."
Here's what I did:
→ Walked her through getting to the passport office at 8am (she arrived at 9am)
→ Told her exactly what to bring (boarding pass, itinerary)
→ Her passport was ready at 2pm
→ Her flight was 4:57pm - we pushed it to 5:58pm
→ She texted me through every step: security, boarding, takeoff
Final text: "I made it."
I can show you those text screenshots.
The relief.
The gratitude.
The fact that I didn't panic once.
Because I have a system.
And I'm not stressed when clients ask hard questions, make last-minute changes, or face travel disasters.
That's what I want to teach you.
I've opened a private community on Skool where I'm sharing:
- How I stay calm when clients cancel
- The systems that save me hours every week
- Real-time answers to the hard questions Facebook can't handle
- Behind-the-scenes of how I actually book travel (no stress, no burnout)
It's not polished. It's real. And it's where I'm showing up every day now.

This is where you need to be.
See you inside,

P.S. The first post in the community? That passport story with the actual text screenshots. Because you need to see how this plays out in real life. Get ready for much more from me on Skool.
